FAQ

Can I put the bierafschuimer in the dishwasher?

Yes, the bierafschuimer from Cosy & Trendy is dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend you dry the spatula immediately after cleaning — this helps keep it in top condition for as long as possible.

What material is the bierafschuimer made of?

The bierafschuimer is made of stainless steel (RVS). Stainless steel is durable, hygienic and resistant to everyday use — exactly the kind of quality you expect from a no-nonsense kitchen item.

How do I use the bierafschuimer correctly?

The bierafschuimer works best if you follow these steps: • Moisten the bierafschuimer first. • Hold the spatula at a 45° angle against the beer glass. • Move the spatula away from you over the glass. This way you create a firm, even layer of foam on top of your beer.

Does this bierafschuimer work with every type of beer glass?

The bierafschuimer is a universal spatula that you place on the rim of a beer glass. As long as the glass has a straight or slightly tapered rim, you can easily position the spatula at the correct 45° angle. The spatula fits best with standard beer and pint glasses.

How should I store the bierafschuimer?

Drying is key. Rinse the bierafschuimer after use and dry it immediately — even though it is dishwasher-safe. Preventing moisture build-up keeps the stainless steel (RVS) in optimal condition and significantly extends the spatula's lifespan.
