Why this pan will become your kitchen favourite

• Egg slides right out - The Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating works with minimal fat. No fuss, no bits of egg left behind.
• PFAS-free and consciously made - The coating contains no harmful PFAS substances. Good for you, good for your conscience.
• 100% recycled aluminium - BK chooses sustainable materials without compromising on performance. Smart and responsible.
• Generous ø 28 cm - Big enough for meat and vegetables side by side. Ideal for three to four persons.
• Works on any heat source - Gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction. And oven safe up to 220 °C.
• Olive green with stainless steel handle - The soft olive green colour and the light stainless steel handle make your stove look instantly better.

Thermolon ceramic: non-stick without compromise

The core of this pan is the Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating - and it does exactly what you expect. You use hardly any butter or oil, yet you get that beautiful result: a perfectly cooked egg with crispy edges, a steak with colour, or vegetables that soften without sticking. The coating is PFAS-free, meaning no PFOA, PFOS, or other chemicals are involved. Just cook, enjoy, and then clean up easily.

Thanks to the Scratch Guard technology, the coating is extra scratch-resistant. That doesn’t mean you should use stainless steel spatulas - just handle your pan wisely - but the protection is noticeably sturdier than a standard ceramic coating. This way, you’ll enjoy your investment for longer.

💡 Cookinglife Tip: Wash your pan by hand after use with some warm water and a soft sponge. Yes, the pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing keeps the ceramic layer looking good and smooth for longer. Worth the effort.

Magneto induction base: evenly warm, always

Nothing is as frustrating as a pan that heats unevenly - a hot spot in the middle while the edges barely warm up. The Magneto induction base of the BK Sublime solves that. The base distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, whether you’re cooking on induction, gas, or ceramic. This means your steak browns beautifully all over, and your omelette doesn’t stay raw anywhere.

The pan works on all heat sources and is oven safe up to 220 °C. This opens up culinary possibilities: start on the stove for that lovely crust, then place the pan in the oven to finish your dish. Frittata, stuffed omelette, or a chicken thigh that you finish in the oven - it’s all possible.

Olive Green: a colour that tastefully belongs in any kitchen

Let’s be honest: a beautiful pan makes cooking just a bit more enjoyable. The soft olive green colour of the Sublime series is not garish, not dull - it’s just right. The colour combines beautifully with the light stainless steel handle, which is also comfortable to hold and doesn’t get too hot while cooking. Whether you have a modern kitchen or a warmer, more classic style: this pan fits right in.

And then there’s the story behind the material: the body is made of 100% recycled aluminium. BK consciously chooses materials that have less impact on the environment, without you as a user compromising on weight, sturdiness, or heat distribution. That’s what we call smart design.
