Equipment

  • Aluminium foil
  • Barbecue
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet of about 150 g
  • half a lemon
  • a handful of fresh dill (or dried)
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • aluminium foil
  • a barbecue (or an oven)

Barbecued salmon

    1. Place the salmon fillet on a piece of aluminium foil. Slice the lemon and place the slices, together with the dill, on the salmon.
    2. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper, then fold the aluminium foil closed.
    3. Put this parcel on the barbecue for about 10 minutes and your salmon is done!

This barbecued salmon is a simple and quick dish, perfect for a summer barbecue. The aluminium foil parcel keeps the salmon nice and juicy and lets it absorb all the flavours of lemon and dill.

Don't have a barbecue on hand? No problem! You can also prepare this parcel in the oven at 200°C. The result is just as tasty and you'll have a delicious fish dish on the table in no time.
