With this wine system, you can store your bottle of wine for up to 4 weeks and enjoy a glass occasionally at your leisure without worrying about the shelf life.

How does the Coravin Pivot work?

1. Open the bottle of wine. Replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper with the cap open (ensure that both the Stopper and the neck of the bottle are dry).
2. To pour, place the Pivot device in the stopper. Tilt the bottle so that the spout hangs over the wine glass and hold down the button on the device. Release the button and set the bottle upright to stop pouring.

   Coravin Pivot Accessories

   In addition to the wine systems, Coravin has a number of handy accessories to improve the taste of your wine. One of these is the Coravin Pivot Aerator; this accessory quickly introduces air into your wine while you pour it, for a silky, smooth, aromatic result that is usually achieved by decanting for 60-90 minutes. The most important component of the systems are the Coravin Pure Argon Capsules. These form the power source of the Coravin Timeless and Pivot. They are filled with pure Argon gas that pressurizes the bottle so that the wine can flow out of the spout, and then clears the remaining wine once the system is removed.
