FAQ
What is New Bone China and why is it such a suitable material for egg cups?
New Bone China is a high-quality type of porcelain that gets its robust character and warm, creamy-white color from a specific production process. That makes it particularly suitable for tableware used every day. The BonBistro Yong Squito egg cups are made from New Bone China porcelain.
Are the egg cups pure white or do they have a cream color?
The BonBistro Yong Squito egg cups are creamy white in color — that is the natural shade of New Bone China porcelain. The color is warm and subtle, with a creamy hue rather than a stark bright white.
How do I best keep the egg cups clean — can they go in the dishwasher?
Yes, the BonBistro Yong Squito egg cups are dishwasher-safe. You can simply put them in the dishwasher after use. The New Bone China porcelain has a robust character and is resistant to daily use and machine washing.
Can I also use the egg cups in the microwave?
Yes, the BonBistro Yong Squito egg cups are microwave-safe. You can use them in the microwave without any problems.
Are the egg cups also usable for small snacks or amuse-bouches?
The Yong Squito egg cups are designed for serving eggs. Because of their compact size and the robust New Bone China porcelain, they are also well suited for small snacks or amuse-bouches at a dinner.
