Yellow curry is one of the mildest curry pastes, making it a good choice for people who are sensitive to spicy food. The paste typically contains curry powder, turmeric, red chilies, coriander seeds and galangal. Turmeric gives the curry its yellow colour. This dish is delicious served with rice and naan!
