Tomato salsa

This dish is a great idea for the Christmas get-together. A nice drink, some snacks on the table and, of course, opening presents! You can make this tomato salsa in no time and it’s very tasty on a freshly baked roll. Because of the pretty red/green colour it’s perfect for Christmas! Also lovely as a starter for a long, relaxed meal.

  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp green Tabasco
  • ½ tsp salt

    2. Mix everything together in a bowl and season with the salt and Tabasco. The salsa tastes best if you chill it in the fridge for about half an hour before serving.
