Make the syrup: combine the cranberry juice, orange peel, star anise, cinnamon sticks and sugar in a small saucepan and let it reduce for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour the prosecco, ginger ale, cranberry juice and spiced rum into the drink dispenser.
Strain the mixture when the syrup is ready and let it cool.
Add the cooled syrup, orange slices and a handful of cranberries to the drink dispenser.
Put a little honey on one small dish and a layer of brown sugar on another. Dip the rim of the glass in the honey and then in the sugar.
Now you can start dispensing the drink! Hold the glass under the tap and fill it two-thirds full. Use the citroentrekker to make a pretty curl of orange peel and hang it on the rim of the cocktail glass.
Finally, add a few cranberries, a slice of orange, a star anise and a cinnamon stick!

This festive winter cocktail is perfect for large gatherings. Using a drink dispenser lets you serve everyone easily without constantly filling individual glasses. The spiced syrup gives the drink a warm, spice-rich flavour that fits the winter atmosphere perfectly.
Want to make the cocktail alcohol-free? Replace the spiced rum with extra ginger ale and add a dash of vanilla extract for extra depth. The honey-sugar rim makes each glass extra festive and gives a lovely sweet note with the first sip.
