Mocha Espresso Martini

    Preparation

    1. Brew two strong espressos first and let them cool completely. For extra flavour you can chill the espresso in the fridge beforehand.
    2. Fill the GreenPan blender with the ice cubes. Then add the cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur (or chocolate syrup) and the cocoa powder.
    3. Blend everything for about 30 to 45 seconds on high speed until you get a thick, creamy and smooth frozen cocktail. The texture should be similar to a frozen frappé or slushy.
    4. Taste the cocktail and add some sugar syrup if you prefer a slightly sweeter flavour. Blend briefly again.
    5. If you like, place the martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes for an extra icy effect. Then divide the frozen mocha espresso martini between the glasses.
    6. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream, some chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Garnish finally with a few coffee beans for the true espresso martini look.
    7. Serve immediately while the cocktail is still wonderfully cold and creamy.

This frozen mocha espresso martini is the perfect dessert drink for warm evenings or a festive end to a dinner. The combination of strong coffee, chocolate and a touch of vodka delivers an irresistible flavour that will surprise everyone. Serve immediately after preparation for the best result.

Vary to taste by swapping the chocolate liqueur for white chocolate syrup for a lighter version, or add a splash of amaretto for a nutty accent. With the right garnish of whipped cream and coffee beans you can turn this drink into a real eye-catcher on the table.
