Cut the salmon into small cubes. Finely chop the shallots and mince one clove of garlic. If you like using avocado, cut that into small cubes as well.
Place everything in a bowl and add the capers, Tamari, dill and the juice of half a lemon. Taste and add pepper to your liking.
Press with a knoflookpers the other clove of garlic into a pan greased with oil (use a koekenpan) and fry the shrimp over medium heat for a few minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
Take a kookring in the desired serving size. Place it on a nice plate. Spoon the salmon tartare into the ring and press down slightly. Then remove the ring.
Top the salmon tartare with a little arugula and 3 large shrimp. Garnish with some (fresh) dill. Enjoy!

This salmon tartare is a fresh, light dish that's perfect as a starter or light lunch. The combination of raw salmon with capers, dill and a touch of lemon juice creates a wonderfully flavorful result. The pan-fried shrimp provide a warm, savory complement to the cold tartare.
Serve the salmon tartare immediately after preparing for the best result. Optionally add avocado for a creamy texture. This dish is naturally gluten-free if you choose Tamari instead of regular soy sauce, making it suitable for many different diets.
