Rocky Road recipe

    1. Line a baking tin or baking dish of approximately 1x630 cm with parchment paper. Then break the biscuits into pieces and chop the nuts a little finer (it's fine if there are still some larger pieces).
    2. Add the chocolate to a small saucepan and heat it au bain-marie. Also add the condensed milk and let it melt until you have a smooth mixture.
    3. Next, add the nuts, biscuits and marshmallows. Stir them well into the mixture and then pour it into the baking tin.
    4. Use a spatula to spread it evenly in the tin, and scatter the extra ingredients over the fudge as decoration. Optionally add sprinkles.
    5. Place the tin in the refrigerator. After a few hours the fudge will have set nicely. Want to be sure it's really firm? Make it the day before!
    6. Serve with coffee or tea!
