Making your own fruit lollies

When the sun is shining and you come back from a long day at the beach, lake, or park, nothing beats a popsicle. You can easily make ice cream yourself, including sugar-free and lactose-free versions. Last year I discovered that with an ice cream maker you can very quickly make creamy ice cream from frozen fruit. Ideal! But even without a machine you can whip up sugar-free, lactose-free fruit popsicles in no time.
